Two practice area groups at Ružička Csekes get new leaders
Date: 23/12/2011Ružička Csekes operates nine dedicated practice area groups and new leaders have been appointed to lead two key practices - Corporate/M&A and Real Estate/Construction.
Petra Starková, senior associate at Ružička Csekes in association with members of CMS has been appointed as a head of the Corporate practice. Petra joined the firm in 2010 and specialises in corporate law and transactions. She also advises companies floated on the stock market, advising on corporate structures, and organisational and everyday corporate management issues.
Sylvia Szabó, junior partner at Ružička Csekes in association with members of CMS, has been appointed as a head of the Real Estate practice area group. Sylvia joined our office in 1998 and specialises in real estate, mergers and acquisitions and commercial law. Sylvia also advises on project financing, corporate and labour law.
