Decision of the European Commission on state’s obligation to provide information may be challenged in court
Date: 13/10/2011In its judgment of October 13th 2011, the Court of Justice of the European Union upheld that the European Commission’s decision on obliging the state to provide information within investigations on eligibility of state aid may be challenged by both - the state and the individual concerned, at the General Court in Luxembourg.
