Date: 24/11/2011In its judgement dated 24 November 2011, the Court of Justice of the EU decided that the EU law precludes issuance of an injunction made against an internet service provider which requires it to install a system for filtering the entire electronic communication contained within its services, and which would be applied as a preventative measure indiscriminately to all its customers for an unlimited period.
