Liability for damages attributable to breach of EU law
Date: 24/11/2011The Court of Justice of the European Union in its ruling dated 24 November 2011 re-confirmed that under certain circumstances member states are also liable also for damages attributable to breach of EU law - committed by supreme judicial bodies of the respective member state.
