Passed regulation on the power market integrity and transparency
Date: 10/10/2011The European Union passed regulation on the power market integrity and transparency, stipulating new stricter rules on wholesale purchase and sale of power and gas. In addition, the regulation provides that entities trading in power are obliged to report on their transactions to the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators.
