The right to a fair hearing
Date: 06/12/2011European Court for Human Rights issued its judgement dated 6 December 2011, in which it ruled that Slovak general courts did not breach the right to a fair hearing of the applicant’s case, as set forth in the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, when in reviewing an action for damages directed against an attorney, they refused to address the questions falling under the jurisdiction of administrative bodies and administrative courts.
