Erika is the firm’s Managing Partner and one of the founders of Ružička Csekes s.r.o. She has been practising law since 1985. She is a former advisor to the Office of the President of the Czech and Slovak Federative Republic and a deputy of the National Council of the Slovak Republic. She has been a member of several corporate bodies including: Deputy Chair, Orange Slovensko, a.s. (1995 – 2004) and member of the Supervisory Board Orange Slovensko, a.s. (2004 – 2006).
Since 1994, Erika has been the Chair of the Managing Board of the Central European Foundation.
In 2002, she became a member of the Board of Directors of the Israeli Chamber of Commerce in Slovakia.
Erika is fluent in English, Hungarian, and Polish and has a passive knowledge of Spanish and Russian.
