Ján joined Ružička Csekes s.r.o. in 2006 from T-Mobile Slovensko where he was Senior Manager of the Legal Department. Previous positions include that of Compliance Supervisor for Amslico AIG Life. He has been a member of the Slovak Bar Association since 2006.
Ján’s practice focuses on infrastructure projects, PPP and project financing, public procurement, the laws governing electronic communications and general commercial law.
He has excellent experience in managing significant PPP and public procurement projects; he is a regular contributor to legal publications and is frequently invited to speak at professional events.
