Michal joined our office in 2005 as a trainee, becoming a solicitor in 2009.
Michal has extensive experience in a wide range of corporate legal matters, including company acquisitions and financing, general civil and commercial law, real estate and European law.
He has worked on many projects for Slovak and foreign investors, including domestic and cross-border M&A and company restructurings. He provides advice on acquisitions and real estate financing for banks and various other financial institutions, mostly in connection with loan security and other receivables. He has participated in a number of projects organised by the World Bank, drafting reference documents analysing the Slovak business environment. He is a regular member of legal audit teams.
Michal is fluent in English, communicates also in German, and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
