Stanislav joined our office in 2004. He has been a solicitor since 2007.
Stanislav advises Slovak and multinational companies on all aspects of IP law. His special focus is trademarks, unfair competition, business secrets and the protection of trade names and goodwill. He represents clients in litigation before the Slovak authorities and the EU courts.
In addition, Stanislav has expertise in contract law, commercial law and labour law.
He is a member of the Intellectual Property Rights Committee and Social Affairs Committee working with the American Chamber of Commerce in the Slovak Republic.
Stanislav is fluent in English.
