Modernisation of public procurement rules
Date: 20/12/2011On 20 December 2011, the European Commission introduced a draft proposal to reform the European rules of public procurement. Its main goal was to make negotiations between contracting entities and tenderers more flexible and expand e-communication within public procurement. At the same time, it has been proposed to cut administration – including the volume of documents required from each party.
